Rebecca Kersting has a dual role in the CAP Family of companies as Co-President and HR CO-Director where she leads staffing and operational processes to ensure that CAP is able to provide over-the-top customer service and customized solutions to CAP’s impressive customer base.

With a background as a certified human resource professional, she is well versed in recruiting and hiring, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management. However, she most enjoys work that includes process improvement and human capital allocation. Her leadership style emphasizes putting the right people in the right seats and empowering them to get the job done.

Rebecca is a proud Colorado native. When not working she enjoys golfing, hiking, and travelling with her husband and three kids.
