Kelly Kaminskas

Chief Operating Officer, FirstBank

Kelly Kaminskas serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FirstBank, one of the largest privately held banks in the nation. FirstBank maintains $28 billion in assets and operates more than 100 branch locations across Colorado, Arizona, and California. In her role, she oversees several business lines and functional areas including Technology, Digital, Payments, Fraud, Marketing and Consumer and Commercial Deposit products. Prior to being named COO, Kaminskas served as the bank’s Chief Digital Officer. She also held various officer positions in both Colorado and Arizona, after starting her career at FirstBank in 2004.

Kaminskas received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drake University and completed the Pacific Coast Banking School’s program at the University of Washington. She currently serves on the Kansas City Federal Reserve’s Joint Payments Advisory Group (JPAG), the American Bankers Association Payment Systems Advisory Committee (PSAC) and is a member of various other banking organizations.

Kaminskas an active community member and serves on the board of the Colorado Gives Foundation, the community foundation behind Colorado’s statewide, one-day giving initiative, raising more than $415 million for Colorado nonprofits since its inception in 2010.
