Eric J. Gleason is currently serving as the CEO & President of A Precious Child, Inc., a nonprofit organization in Broomfield, Colorado. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, he oversees all aspects of the organization’s operations, strategic planning, programs, fundraising, finance, audit, and human resources. Under his leadership, A Precious Child has partnered with over 310 agencies to provide essential resources and opportunity funds to over 51,000 children and 11,000 adults in the Denver metro area. With a career spanning leadership roles in nonprofit and corporate entities such as USA Curling, USA Rugby, and the United States Soccer Federation, Eric brings a wealth of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational restructuring. His dedication to philanthropy extends beyond his professional roles, serving on the board of various community organizations and earning recognition as a finalist for the 2016 Illinois CFO of the Year.
